Earlier this month
Kobrand Wine & Spirits brought its Tour d’Italia to the St. Regis Hotel in Buckhead. Winery owners and winemakers shared their latest releases with members of the wine trade and media.

Tenuta La Fuga Brunello di Montalcino DOCG – Aged for 3 years in Slavonian oak casks. Notes of red cherry, spice and anise with gentle tannins and long finish.

Tenuta Campo al Mare Bolgheri DOC – Super Tuscan (Merlot with Cab Sauv & Cab Franc), grown in a maritime climate. Chewy flavors of blackberry, black currant and pepper.

Serego Alighieri Vaio Armaron Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC – Rich and complex Amarone from a family descended from Dante.
Tenuta Campo al Mare Bolgheri Vermentino DOC – 95% Vermentino, 5% Sauv Blanc grown along Tuscan coastline. Crisp and dry with citrus and dried sage notes.
Michele Chiarlo Gavi Le Marne DOCG – 100% Cortese, fermented in stainless steel vats. Citrus and mineral aromas with flavors of lime and green apple.
Michele Chiarlo Le Madri, Roero Arneis DOC – Aromatic and elegant with notes of apricot, white flowers and mint.
Michele Chiarlo Barbera d’Asti Le Orme DOCG – 100% Barbera from southern Asti. Easy to drink with fresh red fruit flavors, nice acidity and soft tannins.
Michele Chiarlo Barolo Tortoniano DOCG – A blend of grapes grown in the eastern Langhe. Silky with flavors of plums, blackberries and kirsch.
Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d’Asti DOCG – Delicately sweet and effervescent with peach and apricot notes.
